Alan,

vielen Dank für Deine Hinweise und Anregungen. Ich möchte hiermit die
verbliebenen Leser ermutigen, auch off-topic (mit [OT] im Betreff) zu
posten. Es gibt so viele Themen rund um's Bier Brauen: Bierstile,
Biersensorik, Bierkulinarien, Gastronomie, Tasting Notes...

Ausserdem hatte ich die Ehre, viele von Euch persönlich kennen zu lernen
und kann mir gut vorstellen, ein jährliches Treffen zu organisieren.
